Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In teenage group, these symptoms are mostly due to stress and anxiety. But better to rule out heart diseases first. So get done ECG, 2d echo and stress test. If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases. Take her to psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in her life and start working on its solution. She may need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination) too. Don't worry, she will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
