What Causes Problems With Bowels, Abdominal Bloating, Nausea, Dizziness And Dry Heaving?
Ive been experiencing difficulty with my bowels for the last couple of months, believably due to stress and diet. My movements are generally thin, about the size of my big toe, and come put in pieces at a time. Sometimes, they are soft and there is a lot. When i eat a lot i have very bad bloating and when i dont i barely have any, same as gas but it has to be pushed out. The lastfew days ive been getting nauseuous and slightly dizzy and dry heaving often. I sometimes feel warm, but i am otherwise fine
Your symptoms are indicative that you have acid reflux, GERD, etc that triggers nausea, dizziness or bloating. Since you have bloating tendency after taking food you should avoid taking any food that causes food allergy.
Cut on oily, fried food, salty food. Cut on sugars and carbohydrates, maintain healthy weight.
Avoid constipation, constipation also triggers gastritis & discomfort. Take laxatives at bed time. Take antacids & PPI's, one SOS when required.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
