What Causes Profuse Sweating In The Upper Body?

Hello. For the past week or so, I my upper body/head have been hot and sweaty even if my hands and feet are cold from the air conditioning. I dont have any loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, or other feeling of being sick. but I do not understand why my head feels warm - with some periodic flushed looking (pink/red cheeks and ears) even when it the AC is blasting and the room is cool.

hi the symptoms mentioned above occur due to estrogen deficiency usually in peri and post menopausal women and in whom the ovaries are surgically removed.so please mention your age and gender for further advice.
