What Causes Profuse Sweating, Increased Body Temperature And Mid-chest Pain?

Hi. I was working and sweating a lot. My body was very hot. I was thirsty and chugged a lot of cold water. I felt an immediate pain in my mid-chest. It s been 2 days and right now I just feel my throat really tight. When I swallow anything, I feel the pain from my throat all the way down to my mid-chest.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease ) and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day for six weeks try to low down the stress, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
