Hi,

Microgynon is a combined contraceptive; probably you had taken 4 pills together to stop heavy bleeding & it continues to flow after the effect of pills has dropped.

You need to get investigated & find the cause. Please consult your gynecologist to get cause-specific management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
