Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What symptoms you are experiencing is peri-menopausal symptoms, which occurs due to hormonal changes taking place in your body just before attainment of menopause.
You need to take following measures and symptomatic treatment to overcome them.
1. Supplement iron capsules and eat iron rich foods which would help to restore your hemoglobin levels and overcome weakness.
2. Also, it would be better to supplement with calcium tablets.
3. Drink good quantity of fluids and keep yourself well hydrated.
4. for nausea and vomiting sensation, you can take Tablet. Domperidone with Pantaprazole combination.
Eat healthy foods and do moderate exercise to keep yourself fit and healthy.
Gradually, you should overcome the symptoms you are experiencing.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
