General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This bleeding and spotting for 20 days are not normal and you need to get further evaluated.
You may need to do an ultrasound and hormone levels because it may be a hormone disbalance since you were previously been taking contraception pills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
