What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi, I took p2 pills on september a morning after sex then i went into my periods normally but then on october i went twice in the same month n then i had unprotected sex on november took p2 again., went into my periods on 17 and i am still in my periods till date sometimes earlier it was very light, but then came really heavy then no bleeding for hours then back to bleeding..! I dont understand untill when am I going to bleed or is it anything serious...?

You have to do a complete blood count and an ultrasound to see the reproductive organs to se what causes this menometrorhagia. Also may be needed a colposcopy.
