What Causes Prolonged Nausea, Tingly And Numb Arms With Chills In Body?

My nephew had dizziness and nausea for about 2 weeks and had a bunch of tests and nothing was found. Now about 2 months later, he has tingly in his arms and legs like they have fallen asleep and are waking up- Do you have any ideas what this could be? Ask has a chill sensation from his head down through his limbs. A slight light head and ears feel as though they are plugged.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of prolonged nausea, tingly and numb arms with chills in body which is because of viral infection to your body and impaired immunity of your body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Avoid giving cold beverages. Keep him sipping lukewarm water whole day. You should take combination of amoxiclav along with levocetirizine. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start proper course of antibiotics. Steam inhalation is another treatment option for resolving it. Do warm saline gargles 3-4 times a day with lukewarm water. Take diet rich in fruits rich in vitamin C as it will boost his immunity.
