What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Despite Ceasing HCG Injections?
I was on the hcg diet and injections, got my period, was never advised to stop the injections but a week later i was still bleeding have stopped the injections since but the bleeding has not stopped going on 30 days since i stopped the injections. I feel very week and now my lower right side abdomen is in pain as well.

As you have stopped HCG Injections without consulting your dr bleeding is the result of withdrawal of HCG which has drops the levels of hormones estrogen and progesterone in your blood and leads to shedding of endometrial linings which is causing bleeding
prolong bleeding lead to severe anemia and that's why u r feeling very weak so i would strongly suggest you to see Your gynecologist for this as soon as possible to get it further evaluated
