What Causes Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of Medication For MTP?

Its been 13 days since i had bleeding after taking the dose... I used MTP kit and last dose was on 5th july, after 14 hours i took next 2 tablets then in next 45 mins bleeding started and bleeding was done 13 days since then after two days again bleeding has been started today... I m now too worried, what should I do.... Normally how much time it takes to clean up....is it normal or any problem may occur..... I was 8 week pregnant when i took the first dose....

i can understand your concern.
do not panic, this is normal after termination of the pregnancy.
your doctor might have prescribed you tabs of mifeprestone and misoprostol. these are used in termination of pregnancy in first trimester.
the bleeding can continue for more than a month. initially the bleeding is high, this slowly reduces over a period of time.
kindly get an ultrasound done to look for complete evacuation of the uterus.
eat a healthy diet rich in iron. this would help in preventing anemia due to the blood loss.
if the bleeding is very heavy tab tranexa can be taken.
avoid stress.
