What Causes Protruding Bone Near The Collar Bone Area?

ok I noticed tonight that my collar bone sticks out in the front on the right side....only on the right side....it s almost like the bone is bigger on that side or like it just portrudes much further I by the way am a throat cancer survivor, had six weeks of radiation to my throat for a stage three cancer
