What Causes Psychotic Symptoms While Using Black Tar Marijuana?

My daughter is using black tar marijuana by appearance she is experiencing psychotic symptoms such us believing things that r not true or real (possible manic episodes),additionally high levels of anger,anxiety,suicidal thoughts,inability to accept rational explanation from others,rage blackouts...I have bi-polar...Is it possible she has developed bi-polar or in your opinion is she going in and out of psychosis or both?

It is possible that she may have a combination, psychosis can sometimes be combined with mood disorders such as depression or anxiety or mania.

She would need to be screened and assessed with the criteria for each possible diagnosis to determine the nature of her mental state.
It would be best to do this as soon as possible so that she can receive treatment.
