What Causes Pulsating Headaches Along With Dizziness Post Concussion?

I have confirmed encephalomalacia and scar tissue on both temporal lobes., and just had a 3rd concussion. I can t get to a neuro because I am on waiting list. Mine just retired I am concerned because I have pulsating headaches on the left and I am so tired like never before. I am dizzy. Memory is shot. This all happened in Sept when I took a seizure behind the wheel of my SUV and rolled it

Understanding your concern . As per your query you have dizziness, headaches and nausea post a hit on head . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like conditions related to ear ( meniere's disease ) or concussion . A concussion is a traumatic brain injury that alters the way your brain functions. I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may take history , order balancing test and again order imaging test like CT scan and MRI . Doctor may recommend that you physically and mentally rest to recover from a concussion , for headaches take pain reliever such as acetaminophen and avoid asprin or ibuprofen and doctor may also recommend surgery . Rest is best for treating concussion and there are certain therapies also available to treat concussion.
