What Causes Pulsating Noise In The Ears And Tiredness?
For 2 days I have been having noise in my ears with a cough. I have moved to Florida and the result has been many allergies. I think I may have a cold but no sneezing, running nose, fever. Just a full head, with pulsating noises in my ears and tiredness.

You may be suffering from tinnitus due to Eustachian tube blockage. Eustachian tube blockage due to may be infection. So, avoid cool drinks and cold environment.
Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day, for five days. Use tablet Alday DC twice a day, for five days; tablet Augmentin twice a day, for five days.
If symptoms do not improve, please consult your physician, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
