What Causes Pulsating Pain In Chest With Slurred Speech And Lightheadedness?

I was having stabbing/pulsating pain in my chest for about 5 minutes that turned into little bit of pressure for another 5 minutes. I was sitting up and bent forward to talk to someone. When I beat forward I was talking but slurred my speak and couldn t get my words right. I was slightly confused for a split second. So, I sit back and was light headed and felt a overwhelming feeling of tightness and pressure in my chest that quickly went away as it came. What was this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for detailed History.

From the history submitted by you looks to be Transient ischaemic attack.
Transient ischaemic attack is caused by reduced supply to the brain that results in slurred speech and altered conscious status.

I would like to have a more detail information regarding whther you are having Hypertension or diabetes.
Your age, family history of any such comorbidities in family.

My advice would be you should meet a cardiologist and undergo cardiac evaluation.
Would be waiting for your reply.
