What Causes Pulsation In Neck And Discomfort In Arm?

I can feel the pulse in the left side of my neck while sitting still. I m a smoker and sometimes when I smoke I gwt dizzy and have tunnel vision with slight loss of function in my arms. Tonight the pulse in my neck is accompanied by a bit of discomfort in my left arm.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. You should go for an ECG and Tredmill to detect any blockage and blood reports like cholesterol to know your status. Try to quit smoking and keep doing regular exercises. take healthy meal including fruits and vegetables to have good amount of vitamins. Consult cardiologist if your reports are abnoramal.
