What Causes Pulsations In Temple Region?

What is causing this painless heavy heart beat in my temple every 12-20 beats? It feels like a muscle twitch but hits on a heart beat only felt in my right temple. Ear does feel clogged but not sore. Should I be worried? Can't sleep. Keeps me up all night.
