What Causes Purplish Color Vomiting With Stomach Ache?
My seven year old (he has celiac) this morning vomited a considerate amount of mucus that had a purpulish color. He said he had a bit of stomach pain, but he was feeling fine other than that. No other symptoms, fever or pain anywhere else. Could it be from a food he ate, even though his stomach was empty?

Presence of altered blood in urine is likely to be due to blood in vomitus. Blood could be due to associated Gastritis, it gets altered by acid in stomach causing coffee or purplish colour. I would suggest you to consult Pediatirican for further assessment Meanwhile giving him Proton pump inhibitor like Lansoprozole will be helpful.
