Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had this very large, very sore on contact pimple directly to the right of my clitoris. it was at the very edge also on my lip, to help you realize how big it was. it was sore all day and then later the same night I squeezed it with light pressure and a ton of puss literally shot out across the room. it was a pretty long stream of pus which turned to blood after a few seconds of continuous dispersal. is this something I should be worried about? will it happen again? I can I prevent and treat these things?
Hello dear, Welcome to HCM. You had furuncul. It usually causes S.aureus,S.epidermidis,streptococcus or other bacterial infection. Local antibacerial therapy with flucloxacillin, chloramphenicol or erythromycin are usually effective against these infections. In chronic furunculosis the choice of antibiotic ideally should be guided by sensitivities after bacteriological analysis from vulva. I suggest- 1.For boosting immunity-zincovit or revital foe woman 1 tablet 1 tome for a month. 2.Iron your underwears both sides, wear cotton only, avoid synthetic, for normal flora you can use liquid soup with lactic acid for intimate hygiene. Best regards! Wishing you a good health Dr.Sagar Gaurav Shrivastva
