Hi,

Edarbyclor® (azilsartan medoxomil/chlorthalidone) is a prescription medicine that contains 2 medicines in 1 pill. The medicines work together to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. Edarbyclor is the first angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) to be combined with chlorthalidone (klor-THAL-ih-dŌne). Chlorthalidone is a diuretic ("water pill") that works together with the ARB in Edarbyclor to lower blood pressure.

Edarbyclor is used when one medicine is not enough, or as the first medicine if your doctor decides you are likely to need more than one medicine. Your doctor may also prescribe other medicines for you to take along with Edarbyclor to treat your high blood pressure.

Flecainide acetate is a class Ic antiarrhythmic agent used to prevent and treat tachyarrhythmias (abnormal fast rhythms of the heart). So be assured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
