What Causes Raised Heart Beats And Chest Pain During Pregnancy?
i am 16 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of weeks ive been expeiriencing fast heart rates and it feels like my heart is in my throat. tonight i am having chest pain as well. im 20 years old and im having a hard time quitting smoking. could this be a heart attack?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Fast heart rate ( tachycardia), chest pain and feeling of lump in the throat can be an indication of heart disease.
Smoking predisposes to heart disease and dysfunction, and cardiac ischemia ( heart attack)
I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist urgently so that you can be properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
