I wake from sound sleep 3-4 times a night with racing heart nausea sweating then bad head ache . my neck hurts and there is pain/pressure at temples. my lower legs feel tingly and numb as well as my arms-from elbows to hands.Systolic BP is 185 diasyolic is 78-85. It lasts longer than it used to--10-15 min. My eyes feel shaky during this episode. I had a heart attack 8 mos ago-LAD blockage. I have a choking kind of cough that is worse when I lay down. All tests are normal. I have seen Gastro-Neuro-Cardio Pulm,Endocrine docs---no answers. My 56 yr old brother has it and has ablation. Still has symptoms. I am 70 5 4 180 lbs. Take meds for hypothyroid. HBP Plavix, Lasix.How can I be anxious if I m asleep?
