Hello,
Shaky / blurry vision is due to reduced blood supply, dry eye, retinal damage, or changes in the
optic nerve. Intake of meth affects the CNS, including the brain and eyes. Excessive release of dopamine causes visual disturbances. Get clinically examined by an Eye specialist, you will be treated with
vision therapy and medicines. Get connected to a detox center so that you can gradually taper the dose of meth intake and successfully quit meth use.
Your
withdrawal symptoms will be taken care of in the detox center. Quit meth intake as it has cardiotoxic in nature. It causes narrowing of the blood vessels,
high blood pressure, tachycardia and continued use of meth may affect the heart muscles and cardiac complications. Get clinically examined by a Cardiologist and get stress tests, Echo, EKG,
lipid profile, etc., done to detect any developing CAD, coronary artery disease.
You can take
acetaminophen, one stat after food to get relief from inflammation, soreness and pain of the affected arm. You are having
tingling sensation because you have injured your nerve. Give rest to the affected arm. Visit ER, get the wound cleaned & antiseptic dressing done so that it does not get infected.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
