"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Visit your Doctor today for a detailed clinical examination if any abnormal sign detected do an ECG
2)Do check your
Hemoglobin % if low then discuss with your Doctor regarding [Iron sucrose]injection for
anemia.
To prevent it follow like this -
1)Take Iron-rich foods which includes meats, beans, lentils, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, and dried fruit.
2)Take
folate. This nutrient and its synthetic form
folic acid, can be found in citrus fruits and juices, bananas, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, and fortified breads, cereals and pasta.
3)Take Vitamin B-12. This vitamin is found naturally in meat and dairy products. It's also added to some cereals and soy products.
4)Take foods containing
vitamin C such as citrus fruits, melons and berries which help increase iron absorption.
