What Causes Rapid Heart Rate, Headache And Shoulder Pain?
I ve been on blood pressure meds for several years, having terrible headache that refuses to go away, feel awful, hearts racing, neck and shoulders hurt, can t bend over, can t function, I m sick to my stomach, drulling and panting. Blood pressure is187/106

I really appreciate your concern, headache may not be due to hypertension but it could be something like migraine but it is advisable to get done the CT of brain due to history or hypertension else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
