Welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

During the sleep particularly in REM (Rapid eye movement ) sleep heart rate increases and it is the physiological phenomenon. No need to worry about this and if it is creating some doubt then you have to put your heart on monitoring, else it is nothing to worry.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
