What Causes Rapid Heart Rate While On Tambocor?
I have had AFib for many years and have control it with Tambarcor ( flecanide acitate) 100 mg per day. I am experiencing rapid heart rate of 115 today compare to my normal rate of 68 to 72. In the pass stimulates have caused rapid heart rate. No stimulates today. Cause??

AS you stated, stimulants can cause an increase in heart rate.
The other causes are infection, fever, caffeine, stress, excess activity, dehydration, abnormal levels of electrolytes.
It can also be related to abnormal intrinsic (arising from the stimulating areas) of the heart.
If it continues and there is no obvious cause, then it may be best to be seen by your doctor for assessment.
