Hi, I have gone through your question. Rapid heart rate, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, blurred vision and fatigue are common symptoms of both pregnancy and some heart disease. I suggest you to get an ECG, echocardiography done and if there is some heart disease, then get treated for it because any heart disease worsens in pregnancy. If it is only sinus tachycardia, do consult your cardiologist to give you symptomatic treatment in form of beta blocker or/and calcium channel blocker.you should also get your blood pressure done and a fundus examination of your eyes to find the cause of blurred vision. Hope you found this answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
