What Causes Rapid Heart Rate With Chest Discomfort?
Hello I'm 26 years old I was in the ICU a few months back with high blood pressure the I have no insurance and can not afford the meds I was prescribed. I've been having what feels like my heart is falling out of my chest it happened about 30 mins ago I'm fine now did my heart rate its about 90 BPM thats about where it stays. Am I dying?
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that rapid heart rate can be there because of dehydration, anxiety, nutritional deficiencies or Anemia commonly.
Kindly get done your CBC, vitamin B12, thyroid profile, ECG and Echocardiography and consult a physician personally for physical evaluation and management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
