What Causes Rapid Heart Rate With Mild Pain In The Chest?

Hey I was laying in bed and then my heart suddenly started racing and I could feel my body pulsing with my heart but other wise I felt fine, I got up had breakfast then a slight pain in the middle of my chest like a slight cramp or some thing should I be worried?

Hi.thanks for posting in HCM ..I Understood yr concern..if it is associated with racing of heart rate and stabbing pain and sweating ..might be a heart problem. so u can ForECG..
