What Causes Rapid Popping Inside Shin After ACL And Meniscus Tear?
Last year over the summer, I tore my ACL and my Meniscus. Yesterday I had a soccer game. My shin turned inside facing NW or W while my quad still faced N. I felt a rapid amount of popping. I didn't feel any tearing. Do you have any idea what it could be?
