What Causes Rapid Weight Loss, Abdominal Pain After Eating Greasy Food And Vomiting?

my husband lost weight quickly, about 50 pounds in 3-4 months. He has trouble eating certain types of food, especially greasy foods. His food gets stuck and he either has to stop eating or throws up, or both. He mentioned EPI, I thought gallbladder.

Loss of weight and difficulty in eating are signs of a tumor possibly in food pipe or stomach. He requires an endoscopy to look for that.
