I am a 41 year old woman and I have a rash behind my ear. I have tried many over the counter creams and cannot seem to get rid of it. Do you think it may just be ezema or something more serious? It itches and the skin is flaky and dark looking and peels when I scratch it. The creams did however stop it from spreading since it was on the top and bottom of my ear. It is now the size of a nickel. Thanks,
