What Causes Rash On Bicep?

I have a small rash on my bicep I noticed a week ago. I put witch hazel on it with a cotton ball twice. Its now 1/3 the size it was and seems to be healing. It doesn t itch much. It looks like scabies, but I don t think it is. What is likely going on?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be scabies but it could be just local irritation and best way to get rid of this is apply diphenhydramine lotion, no need to worry about it, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
