Hello,
You are suffering from rash on the chin down to smile lines. It can be caused due to hyper sensitiveness of the skin, allergy, smoking, taking alcohol, drugs,
food intolerance, direct exposure to sun,
hormonal problems, accumulation of toxins in the boy, etc. Medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are
dermatitis (oral, seborrheic, etc.), lupus
erythema, liver dysfunction - incomplete food assimilation, etc.
You are suggested to take antihistamine, it will help to control symptoms of allergy and spread. Take adequate water and fluids to flush out toxins. Avoid direct exposure to the sunlight. Applying antibacterial cream after washing the face thoroughly with water is helpful. You can apply a thin layer of ointment
Betnovate C on the areas where the rashes are resistant, Apply it at bed time and remove it as you wake up. Apply the ointment only for 7-10 days.
Seborrheic dermatitis self-resolves with gentle
skin care with moisturizers, topical steroids or topical antifungals may be used in severe cases. Get clinically examined by a
dermatologist, if the rashes are detected to be chronic you will be prescribed a course of antibiotics.
The dermatologist may ask for few blood tests and skin tests done. Get it done so that the treatment can be started at the earliest. Avoid sharing toiletries or any clothes with anyone. Stay away from addictions if any like smoking , alcohol, drugs, etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
