Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have rash on shoulder and lump in middle of collarbone with family history of lung and bladder cancer. Your lump may be enlarged lymph node due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma or you may have some soft tissue tumor.
