hello my husband has a rash on him it started out just on his neck than it went to his chest n than his back and now its startin to come on his forhead hes had this for like 3 or 4 years now and i dont know wat it is it looks kinda like this picture WWW.WWWW.WW

but its not red its like a tan color and you cant feel it but i was just wounderin if you could tell me wat you think it is
