What Causes Rashes All Over The Body After Treatment Of Sinusitis?

I have a friend with two children both are under 4 years of age. They were both treated for a sinus infection about 1 week ago. Now both of them have developed rashes all over their bodies. The rashes are spreading and green liquid is coming out of the rash. Need help

they might have developed sensitivity to drugs used to treat the condition. give tab levocetrizine tablet according to their age and weight, dose may be calculated, apply caladryl lotion and stop all medication.get examined by ent doctor for alternative medication if requered. can go for steam inhalation.apply nasibion nasal drop. progress of problem may be watched. have to take x-ray pns to asses the status.. antrum wash out may be requered.
