Hi,

Perhaps you have a form of eczematous dermatitis. I suggest you to use a moisturizer regularly over the affected area. In addition, I suggest you to apply a potent topical steroid cream e.g either Clobetasol Propionate ointment or Halobetasol Propionate ointment, twice daily for a few days.

In addition, I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab Cetrizine once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query.
