What Causes Rashes On Chest And Face While Treating Upper Respiratory Infection?

I started with an upper respiratory infection and three weeks later broke out with this huge rash and inflammation. It started on my chest and face and then just kept spreading every where throughout my body. I was taking a prednisone pack and Cephalexin which is n antibiotic and it seemed to help greatly and I thought I finely was on my way to recovery after two and a half months of this getting worse. After three days of finishing the medication all my symptoms are coming back and itching like crazy. These tiny white clear fluid blisters feel like sand paper all over my body and my legs even have a lot of red color to them where the rash is. The doctor told me after taking two skin biopsy at the same time and whatever blood work they did that this is undetermined and that I will just have to lve with it. What do you think this might be? Also the doctor did tell me that I am extremely dehydrated and that is why my skin feels like cardboard to the touch. I am in dire need of help to get better from this, whatever it may be. Would you have any idea what this could be? hank you in advance for your help.
