Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be lichen urticatus. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It is hypersensitivity to the insects. Apply steroid cream on affected areas. Take antihistaminics like like cetirizine 10 mg daily and oral steroid in tapering dose. Avoid insect bites. Avoid soap bath.

Hope this helps.
