What Causes Rashes On The Chest, Abdomen And Upper Arm?
I have a rash on my chest, abdominal area and inside upper arm area . It itches but not all the time. When I scratch it it hurts a little . It it feels kinda bumpy. I have been putting hydrocortisone cream on it, which seems to give relief for a little while. Have been dealing with it for 3 days now. Any suggestions on what it might be ? Should I go get it check out ?
As per your query about rashes on chest, abdomen, upper arms which is itchy sometimes can be due to any poisonous plant, leaves, or pollens causing allergic rashes. While most of allergic rashes heal of their own within 1-2 weeks but if its also associated with fever and rashes and spreading more and are watery or pustules like can be a bacterial or viral infection and should consult a dermatologist.
Do not scratch the rashes as it may spread more and become itchy. You can take levocetrizine tab 1 once a day. Avoid plants or pollens or chemical smoke inhalation in the surroundings.
I hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
