What Causes Rectal Bleeding And Stomach Pain While Having A Bowel Movement?
I pointed where it hurts I have bowels movement 3 times a day and some times have rectal bleeding sometimes from straining wher e I pointed at on the stomach I have a little pain on the score o 3 plus I used anucort25 mg to stop the bleeding then I strain again and then I bought some preparation 8 that stopped the bleeding then I have a little gas And hurt a little n the middles of the stomach

Rectal bleeding can vary from simple hemorrhoids to other medical condition such as anal fissure or polyp, proctitis, Crohn's disease, chronic constipation, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer thus check with a General Surgeon for physical examination [per rectum], and investigation [stool for occult blood] for correct diagnosis and management.
PS. Later on, the surgeon might refer you to get an opinion of a Gastroenterologist.
