What Causes Rectal Bleeding Despite Taking Suppository For Internal Hemorrhoids?

yes. I went to the dr. yesterday . she said I have an irritated internal hemmorroid, prescribed suoppositories . I ve used 3 of those. But after I eat anything I have to go and have a bm. ,everytime,and there is a lot of blood in the stool. I cant see my stools for the blood. how long before the suppositories help?

I understand your concern.
Taking suppository for rectal bleeding while you are having hemorrhoids is only a conservative way of management. It would help you to get relieved of symptoms temporarily.
In case the symptoms does not subside substantially with such treatment and recurs again, you would be needed to get evaluated by clinical examination as you might require surgery for its cure.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for proper evaluation and its management.
