Im having pain in my rectum. It feels like something is trying to come out. There is also a little bit of watery poop, smelly, brown with little black specks. Going pee is has started to be a pain as well. I also have Some pain in my adobmen and it goes to my lower back

The causes of pain in the rectum are as follows as per the history you have posted: Colitis is the most probable reason along with may be cystitis and can have diverticulitis. I would advise you the following: Get a clinical evaluation. Actual physical examination, per-rectal digital examination, proctoscopy to start with and CT scan of the whole abdomen so that proper treatment can be started as soon as possible. Colonoscopy after preparation. Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days, tests of blood, urine helps further. Proper treatment as per the findings of all means gets you a proper diagnosis.
