I am 30yrs old, height is 4"11, weight is 47.1kg and medical history is as follow:

i suffer from crohn's disease, had a ileocaecal resection on the right side in 2003, spinal inflammatory arthritis, osteopenia.

i had a cyst last december and got the cyst removed in jan 2011 this year, i started to get the same pain again around my lower abnominal area and bloated stomach, strong back pain which starts 2wks before i start my periods which only lasts for 2days max.went for an ultrasound last month and was informed that i have a cyst again in my right ovary and its nearly 5cm big.



what are the chances for the cyst to go away by itself and is it normal for the cyst to come back that early after it was removed in jan?
