What Causes Recurrent Acne On Face In Spite Of Using HHZOLE Cream?

I am using HHzole topical cream(Mometasone(0.1% W/W),Clotrimazole(1% W/W)) on face for acne type problems as prescribed by doctor.And I am getting good relief within two days of application .But my problem is its recurrence.After stop using this cream problem will recur within two weeks

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain as you are using a combination of steroid (Mometasone) and antifungal Clotrimazole containing creams it has a drawback of recurring of symptoms once use is stopped..
Another problem is that Acne is a recurring skin condition and tend to recur even after treatment..
As of now you can take a combination of antibiotics and anti Acne Medication like Washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply creams containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin twice a day over pimples..
You can apply Retinoids containing Adapelene gel at night..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Scrub your face weekly..
Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion..
You can avoid oily food and take nutritious meals..
Drink plenty of water..
