What Causes Recurrent Diarrhea?
Hello, i am a male 53 years old. For the past two and a half weeks i have had very loose bowel movements to diarrhea 90% of the time approximately twice a day and the rest of the time i have had very thin stool (pencii). I had a colonoscopy about 5 years ago due to persistent abdominal pain. I went to the doctor this past week and they took a stool sample. Normally i would have only one bowel movement a day. It now seems to be twice a day with no urgency. Everything i have read seems to point towards colon cancer? is there other things that would cause this? i have never had anything like this. I am a non smoker, in good shape and don t drink. Please advise?
