General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through the medical history of your son and understood your concern.

Feeling dizzy could be because of :
- anemia : get a complete blood count done and check his iron levels
- electrolyte imbalance: get his blood electrolytes checked
- hypoglycemia especially if he skips meals and does not eat regularly and healthy

So, first thing is to consult with his pediatrician and get some tests done including blood tests, urine analysis, stool examination for ova/parasites. Then, treatment and management is based on the findings.

Hope this helps.
